Payment Process

Payment is made in the following steps:

A 50% deposit is required to secure the trip.

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of participant cancellation at any time.

The remaining payment must be made no later than 14 days before the trip.

The full payment must be made if the trip is less than 14 days away.

Documentation Consent

BoatKomodoTrip provides documentation during the trip. Each participant agrees to be recorded and photographed, and Boat Komodo Trip reserves the right to use the footage for promotional purposes.

Agreement to Terms

By registering, participants agree to the terms and conditions of the trip.

Arrival

To join the trip that starts in the morning on the first day, it’s better to arrive one day earlier. Direct flight references:

For the 9D8N – 12D11N trip packages, participants are able to leave on the final day of the trip, with the flight schedule arranged to suit their needs. However, for the 8D7N package, participants may depart one day after the end of the trip.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm the charter, with full payment required 60 days before your departure. Our package does not include international and domestic airfares, excess baggage fees, passports, visas or airport taxes, alcoholic beverages, spa treatments or travel and medical insurance.

Unscheduled excursions are also not included. For cancellation 60 days or more prior to departure 100% of the first payment (50%) will be forfeited. For cancellation less than 60 days prior to departure 100% of the total payment will be forfeited.
