King Neptune: 46-Metre VVIP Phinisi Charter in Komodo National Park

King Neptune is a 46-metre (138-foot) VVIP Phinisi built in 2024 and operated under Boat Komodo Trip, purpose-built for diving and private cruising across Komodo National Park. With 10 cabins accommodating up to 22 guests, it suits extended families, dive clubs, and corporate charters that want space without sacrificing intimacy. Every cabin sits on the main or upper deck, each with an en suite bathroom, individual air conditioning, and direct sea views. The yacht departs Labuan Bajo and runs tailored itineraries through Padar, Komodo, Pink Beach, Manta Point, and Taka Makassar.

Cabin Layout and Sleeping Configurations

King Neptune offers 10 cabins with flexible bedding to match each group. Guests can choose king-bed or twin-bed configurations, and two of the cabins convert into triples when families travel together. Leader cabins are set up with double beds for couples or solo charterers who want extra room. Every cabin sits at main or upper deck level, which keeps sightlines open to the water and avoids below-waterline stuffiness. En suite bathrooms, individually controlled air conditioning, and large windows are standard. The yacht can host up to 22 guests, which makes it one of the larger VVIP options in the fleet without feeling crowded during trekking and snorkel rotations.

Built for Diving in Komodo National Park

Unlike many luxury Phinisi that treat diving as an afterthought, King Neptune is configured for serious dive operations. The deck plan accommodates tanks, rinse stations, and camera tables, and the crew is briefed to work around dive schedules across Batu Bolong, Manta Point, Siaba, Tatawa, and the Crystal Rock area depending on tides. Snorkelers get the same attention, with gear available on board and tenders ready for drop-offs at shallow reefs. Because Komodo currents shift quickly, the captain coordinates daily dive sites with local conditions rather than running a fixed plan, which gives certified divers access to sites that smaller boats often skip.

Typical 3D2N Open Trip Route

The standard 3-day, 2-night open-share itinerary begins with a 09:00 hotel or airport pickup in Labuan Bajo. Day one runs through Kelor Island for trekking and photos, Manjarite for snorkelling, and Kalong Island for sunset with flying foxes and dinner on board. Day two starts at 06:00 on Padar Island for the viewpoint climb, continues to Pink Beach, a Komodo Island ranger trek, Manta Point snorkelling, and Taka Makassar sandbar before sunset and dinner back at anchor. Day three closes with sunrise, a final Sebayur snorkel, and return to Labuan Bajo by 09:30. The itinerary is adjusted when weather or ranger access requires it.
