Booking cannot be made without down payment.

Payment is made in the following steps:

20% of the total price of the booking is to be paid as pre-payment. This pre-payment

has to take place within 7 days of time of booking; otherwise the reservation will be annulled.

For single bookings the remaining price is to be paid no later than 30 days before the

date of departure.

For partial and full charter reservations a 2nd pre-payment of 30% of the total price

is to be paid 60 days before the date of departure. The payment of the remaining

booking price has to take place no later than 30 days

For short notice bookings full payment must be made at the time of booking if the

reservation is made less than 14 days prior to departure for individual booking, and

30 days prior to departure for full charter booking.

If full payment of the balance is not received by this date, BoatKomodoTrip can

cancel the booking and enforce the cancellation policy as set out in the Cancellation

Policy below.

To join the trip that starts in the morning on the first day, it’s better to arrive one day earlier.

For the 9D8N – 12D11N trip packages, participants are able to leave on the final day of the trip, with the flight schedule arranged to suit their needs. However, for the 8D7N package, participants may depart one day after the end of the trip.

Cancellation

If there is a cancellation by the participant, then the payment that has been made cannot be refund / moved trip / reschedule, but participants can find a replacement person (change name).

Cancellation due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, and other coercive conditions), the trip can be changed / canceled and there is no refund to participants for facilities that are not used or imposed any losses / inconvenience to the organizer. (Force Majeure: an event that occurs beyond human ability and cannot be avoided so that an activity cannot be carried out properly).

Participants who arrive late at the meeting point so that they extend the itinerary from a specified time and inconvenience other participants, the late participant is deemed to resign and there is no refund.

Responsibility

Boat Komodo Trip is not responsible and cannot be prosecuted for changes, cancellations of flight schedules, baggage damage / loss / delay by airlines, hotels or other transportation, damage / loss of personal belongings of participants during the trip and changes / reduction in travel due to Force Majeure.

Participants are responsible for loss / damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels, masks, and will be charged according to the price of the item.

Participants must obey the tour leader during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions in any form without our consent.

If there are participants who bring illegal drugs or make riots that make inconvenience to other participants during the trip, we have the right to issue / repatriate the participant without any refunds that have been paid.
