The Oracle Yacht Liveaboard: Private Phinisi for Raja Ampat

The Oracle Yacht is a 35-meter Phinisi built in Bira, Sulawesi, and set up as a private liveaboard for up to 6 guests in 3 cabins. The vessel uses ironwood and teak construction, carries a crew of 10, and cruises at up to 12 knots on the crossings into Raja Ampat's dive corridors. Starlink internet is installed on board, and the 2026 charter rate with Boat Komodo Trip is USD 6,850 per night plus 11% VAT, covering meals, fuel, permits, and water toys for the full vessel.

Vessel Build and Specifications

The Oracle Yacht was built over two years on the shores of Bira, Sulawesi, using traditional ironwood and teak construction methods passed down by local boatbuilders. The hull runs 35 meters, with three guest cabins (First Suite Room, Second Suite Room, and Luxe Room) supporting a maximum of 6 guests. A crew of 10 runs the vessel, including captain, dive master, and service team. Cruising speed reaches 12 knots, which shortens long Raja Ampat transits between northern Wayag and southern Misool. Starlink satellite internet is installed, so guests can stay connected even in remote anchorages.

Cabins, Lounges, and Comfort

Each of the three cabins is air-conditioned and fitted with a sound system and video projector for private screenings. The main deck indoor living room serves as the central lounge and dining space, while the spacious sundeck gives guests room to sunbathe, read, or take sunset drinks. Public spaces are built for six people, which gives a generous ratio of crew-to-guest service. A masseuse is part of the crew, with up to 3 massages per day included across the group. Meals are fully gourmet, and local beer and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the charter rate.
