Sea Safari 8 VVIP Phinisi Liveaboard for Raja Ampat and Cendrawasih Bay

Sea Safari 8 is a 35-metre Phinisi Buginese schooner built from Ulin ironwood and operating mainly out of Sorong. The boat is structured around multi-day diving and cruising in Raja Ampat and Cendrawasih Bay, with 12 air-conditioned en-suite cabins sleeping up to 26 guests. The layout is built for dive groups and mixed charter parties that want a traditional Phinisi hull with modern systems and safety.

Vessel Overview and Specifications

Sea Safari 8 measures 35 metres in length and 10 metres across the beam. She cruises at 5 to 6 knots under the Indonesian flag, a speed profile suited to the longer, station-by-station Raja Ampat and Cendrawasih Bay routes where dive sites are clustered and transit is done overnight. The classification is VVIP within our Raja Ampat fleet, and status is available for booking subject to seasonal schedules.
