Mischief was constructed in Tana Beru-style by the Konjo builders of South Sulawesi, drawing from traditional Phinisi trading vessels and updated with modern joinery and systems. The yacht sleeps up to six guests across three cabin categories: a Master Room, a Suite Room, and a Suite Twin Room, each with fully air-conditioned private quarters, en-suite hot shower bathrooms, and walk-in wardrobes. The layout prioritises privacy; forward-facing settees on the upper and main deck give open-air views without crossing through shared walkways. With only six guests aboard, the captain can adjust the route day by day based on weather, tides, and which reefs the group wants to revisit. Cancellation

Participant Cancellation

If a participant cancels, the payment made cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or moved to another trip. However, participants may find a replacement person to take their place.

Force Majeure

In force majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, or other coercive conditions), the trip may be changed or canceled without refund for participants, and Boat Komodo Trip is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused.

(Force majeure refers to events beyond human control that prevent activities from being carried out properly.)

Late Arrival

Participants who arrive late at the meeting point, causing an extension of the itinerary, inconvenience to other participants, or other disruptions, are considered to have resigned from the trip with no refund.

We are not responsible for the terms and conditions set forth by any other company.

Responsibility

Boat Komodo Trip is not responsible and cannot be held liable for changes or cancellations of flight schedules, baggage damage or loss, airlines, hotels, or other transportation delays, or for damage or loss of participants’ personal belongings during the trip. BoatKomodoTrip is also not liable for changes or reductions in travel due to Force Majeure.

Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels, and masks. The cost of the damaged or lost items will be charged to the participant.

Participants must follow the instructions of the tour leader during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions in any form without our consent.

Suppose any participant engages in illegal drug use or causes disturbances that inconvenience other participants during the trip. In that case, Boat Komodo Trip reserves the right to remove or repatriate the participant without any refund of payments made.
