Fenides Liveaboard Raja Ampat

Fenides runs five cabins configured as one Master Suite, one Upper Cabin, and three Lower Cabins, hosting a maximum of 11 guests. The Master Suite commands the most space on board, with a private bathroom featuring a hot water shower, air conditioning, and panoramic placement that makes it well suited to couples chartering the boat. The Upper Cabin provides a double bed configuration with the same standard of en-suite bathroom and climate control, while the Lower Cabins offer flexible double or twin bed setups that work for divers, photographers, or family members. All cabins sit within the same phinisi hull, so guests benefit from strong cross-ventilation, solid wood finishes, and quiet insulation at anchor. The layout keeps public areas and cabins separate, meaning evening drinks at the upper bar do not disturb early-night sleepers. Fenides suits groups that want a full charter feel without needing a 20-guest vessel, striking a balance between intimacy and operational scale.

The 2026 Fenides charter rate starts at USD 10,470 per night for full-charter use of the vessel. Inclusions cover airport or hotel transfers at the port of embarkation, cabin accommodation with hot water shower, toilet, and air conditioning, and all-inclusive board services including non-alcoholic beverages. Dive services include up to four accompanied dives per day (excluding arrival and departure days), snorkel and dive rental equipment (standard set, full charter only), free Nitrox, and up to four guided surf sessions per day on surf charters. Rental fishing gear, kayak, SUP, and wakeboarding are included. All offered land excursions and National Marine Park fees (for full charters) are covered, along with satellite internet. Exclusions include spirits, alcoholic beverages, mocktails and smoothies (per onboard menu), diving lessons, dive computer, torch, underwater cameras, and 15L tank rental. Dive rental gear is not included for per-cabin bookings. Surf rental gear for surf charters, onboard massage and laundry, merchandise, crew gratuities, excess luggage, DAN-style dive and travel insurance, and National Marine Park fees for per-cabin bookings are all additional.

Fenides requires a 50 percent deposit to secure the booking (P1), followed by 100 percent payment no later than six months before departure (P2). If the booking is made inside the six-month window, the remaining balance follows a schedule agreed with Boat Komodo Trip. Cancellations must be received in writing via the designated email address. Refund and cancellation charges are structured as follows: the 50 percent down payment is not refundable under any scenario. Between 180 and 91 days before departure, an 80 percent cancellation fee applies to all payments made after the down payment. For cancellations 90 days or less before departure, no refund is granted. Guests are strongly encouraged to carry travel insurance that covers cancellation, as Fenides provides a supporting letter for insurer claims but cannot guarantee payout. Fenides is not responsible for transfer process charges or foreign exchange fluctuations during refund processing. Boat Komodo Trip provides a consolidated invoice and will assist with documentation for dive and travel insurance where applicable.
