A typical day begins with a 06:00 Labuan Bajo hotel pickup and 07:00 departure to Padar Island for the morning hike. From there you move to Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Taka Makassar, Manta Point, and Kanawa Island before returning to Labuan Bajo by around 17:00. Hotel drop-off closes the day. Indonesia Central Time (WITA) applies, and the order may shift based on weather or park conditions for safety.

Inclusions and Exclusions

Included in the base package are lunch (chicken, fish, or vegetarian), mineral water and soft drinks, biscuit snacks, seasonal fruit, snorkelling gear, hotel pickup and drop-off, and clean towels. Participant Cancellation

If a participant cancels, the payment made cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or moved to another trip. However, participants may find a replacement person to take their place.

Force Majeure

In force majeure (natural disasters, bad weather, riots, disease outbreaks, government regulations, or other coercive conditions), the trip may be changed or canceled without refund for participants, and BoatKomodoTrip is not liable for any losses or inconvenience caused.

(Force majeure refers to events beyond human control that prevent activities from being carried out properly.)

Late Arrival

Participants who arrive late at the meeting point, causing an extension of the itinerary, inconvenience to other participants, or other disruptions, are considered to have resigned from the trip with no refund.

We are not responsible for the terms and conditions set forth by any other company.

Responsibility

BoatKomodoTrip is not responsible and cannot be held liable for changes or cancellations of flight schedules, baggage damage or loss, airlines, hotels, or other transportation delays, or for damage or loss of participants’ personal belongings during the trip. BoatKomodoTrip is also not liable for changes or reductions in travel due to Force Majeure.

Participants are responsible for any loss or damage to trip facilities such as life jackets, snorkels, and masks. The cost of the damaged or lost items will be charged to the participant.

Participants must follow the instructions of the tour leader during the trip and cannot make unilateral decisions in any form without our consent.

If a participant is found to be in possession of illegal drugs or causes disturbances that inconvenience other participants during the trip, we reserve the right to remove or send back the participant without refunding any payments made.
